The sales people in the used car department are sneaky. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Sienna two months ago. They promised to put on four "Toyota Manufacture Recommended" brand new tires at purchase. It turns out they put no name brand tires. Two months later, the tire blew out in a cold Minnesota morning. Their service department said those are "Alternative Price Point" brand tires with no warranty. The manager from the used car department said they did provide new tires. Those tires fits "Toyota's Spec size". Toyota doesn't warranty on tires no matter used car or new car...

I brought a car in December the sale person was very friendly and helpful. I person who was going to write up the paper work was not so friendly and was rude, I didn't get my car that day I came back the next day and worked with someone else to do the paperwork. Things went much smoother. I am very happy with my car.

Got a written quote on a new car and asked for two days to think about it. When I called with the go-ahead, the salesman claimed he had made mistakes with the numbers and proceeded to increase the price and wouldn't honor the original quote.
